Plantec Holdings Repair Technician; Patrick Hughes has recently received a special gift from a very happy customer. Mr Perrot from Wapping was involved in a non-fault road traffic accident in October 2011; Plantec Holdings First Response Team arranged collection of the damaged bike and once the Claims Department had successfully negotiated liability in Mr Perrot’s favour the repair work began.
Plantec Holdings returned Mr Perrot’s bike to him once the repairs were completed; Mr Perrot was so delighted with the repair work undertaken on his KTM Duke that he felt the need to send Patrick a gift to show his gratitude. Mr Perrot said “My KTM looks amazing, thank you so much for all the hard work. I have sent a gift to show my appreciation”
