Must have RTA / Hire and repair experience!

We are looking to fill a number of vacancies in our expanding claims department. Duties would include all aspects of the motor claims process including taking incoming calls from claimants recording the claims information into a database offering advice and guidance to the claimant. Liaising with third parties such as insurance companies etc. Knowledge of the motor insurance industry would be an advantage. You would be working as part of a dedicated team of advisers in a rewarding and professional environment. The positions are based in Southport and may involve some evening work on a rota basis. Part time applications will be considered.
